Cheap Orlando hotels near Disney, theme parks

There are many kinds of people when it comes to Hotels. Some just want a cheap Orlando hotel that is clean and safe, close to the theme parks. They don’t see the need to spend a lot on a room they basically only sleep in at night.

Most people are surprised at how many nice, cheap Orlando hotels there are right near Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. Many are right next door to 5 star hotels that charge hundreds per night!

Why spend $250.00 per night at a hotel when within a stone’s throw distance is another chain hotel that only cost $40.00 per night? Again it all depends on the type of person you are, there is no wrong or right to it.

But if you are the type that likes to save money on hotel rooms and just wants a clean and safe cheap Orlando hotel, I made a cheap Orlando hotels page that list some of the best around Orlando.

All of these cheap Orlando hotels are major chains, like Days Inn, La Quinta Inn, Howard Johnson and so on. They are all located right in the tourist and theme park areas.

Many are right next door to luxury hotels, time share resorts and so on. Most are only a few miles to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. They are clean, safe and have a major hotel name to back them up.

None of the cheap Orlando hotels in my list are in downtown Orlando or away from the tourist areas. There ARE bad cheap hotels in bad areas if you go outside the tourist and theme park locations.

So I don’t list any in those areas. I also don’t list any small mom and pop hotels, or independent ones. Not because you can’t find good ones, but because it’s hard to verify how clean and safe they are.

Now just what prices do you pay for these cheap Orlando hotels? It can vary by season and the room size of course. But a normal sized hotel room with the basics are between $29.00 to $65.00 per night.

Even at those low prices many of these hotels still have free theme park shuttles, their own restaurants with all you can eat and/or kids eat free deals, game rooms for the kids, nice pools, room service and more.

Many are also pet friendly so you can keep your pet there, but usually there is a small pet fee. Of course they all have normal hotel service like once a day maid cleaning, free towels, soap and shampoo, TV’s with cable, some with high speed internet and so on.

As you can see you really get a lot for your money at these cheap Orlando hotels. I myself have stayed in many of them and I was very happy with them. I admit I’m the type that does not like spending much on a hotel room!
