If you love and appreciate “critters,” mark your calendar for March 24 and 25, 2012 for the Jack Hanna SeaWorld weekend event. Pack your duds and head to SeaWorld in Orlando, where you’ll get to see the legendary Jack Hanna live and in person.
Jungle Jack will be hosting shows each day in the Nautilus Theater, at 1:15 and 3:15 p.m. Attendees will learn about nature, birds, animals, and conservation.
As you probably already know, Jack Hanna always has some feathered or furry pals with him. Sometimes these co-stars are eagles, sometimes they’re leopards, and at other times, he’s been joined by noisy kookaburras from “Down Under.” No matter which creatures try to steal the limelight from Jack, the show is sure to be educational and entertaining.
Jack Hanna is an amazing teacher. His vast knowledge of and love and concern for wildlife is evident to anyone who’s ever seen or listened to him. He was the former director of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, and under his guidance, it became one of the finest zoos in the world. In fact, the Columbus Zoo is considered to the best zoo in the United States.
Hanna now has his own syndicated television show, “Jack Hanna’s Animal Adventures.” He’s also appeared in music videos and has made guest appearances on Larry King Live, the David Letterman Show, Good Morning America, Maury, the Hollywood Squares, and Nancy Grace.
His autobiography, Monkeys on the Interstate, was published in 1989, and he’s penned numerous children’s books. Hanna knows how to pique the interest of kids, so by all means, bring your children to SeaWorld’s Jack Hanna Weekend!
