Cinderella’s Royal Table is a small and intimate dining room located in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, inspired by a variety of European castles. In the dining hall at Cinderella’s Castle, you can meet characters from Disney’s Royal Family at the all-you-can-eat Once Upon a Time Breakfast. Being the entrance to Fantasyland, this venue is definitely the center of attention, standing at an amazing 180 feet tall.
The interior of the restaurant is spectacular. The dining room is what one may expect from Castle dining. This venue will make any little prince or princess’s dreams come true, and maybe even those of a few big people, too. Best of all, you get to sit and relax . . . all the food is brought to your table, and countless Disney characters will visit you while you enjoy your breakfast. There is also something wonderful about the light streaming through the tall, Gothic-style stained-glass windows.
What makes this place so special is that all of the characters from the movie come out and greet the guests during the course of the meal and take pictures with them. The Once Upon a Time Breakfast provides you breakfast breads, French toast and pastries in the morning. The Dreams Come True Dinner offers Castle salad, poached pear on angel food cake and other delicious foods.
A Fairy Tale Lunch at Cinderella’s Royal Table is the best place to eat saffron crab risotto with grilled asparagus and lemon beurre blanc, salmon and pork tenderloin. All meals are fixed price and include a photo package with Cinderella. A souvenir picture is included in the price of the meal. If you want to dine in the Cinderella’s castle you have to plan ahead and make dining reservations as soon as you can.
This restaurant is more of an experience than a place to eat. The host and hostesses at this wonderful, festive restaurant are attired in French Renaissance-Style clothing. Disney is the model for great service but this place took it to a new height. If you arrive in Orlando and want to see something truly unique, you mustn’t miss this amazing once in a lifetime experience.
