SeaWorld of Orlando has it’s own Halloween event each year, like the other theme parks in the area. Called SeaWorld Halloween Spooktacular, It’s a casual Halloween event that runs during the day at normal park hours.
SeaWorld Halloween Spooktacular 2010 has several special things going on during the days it runs. Kids can come dressed up in costumes or not, it’s up to you. It is held on Oct. 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 29, 30 and 31 beginning at noon each day.
Because it is held during normal park hours, SeaWorld Halloween Spooktacular 2010 events are included with your normal park ticket. So no need to buy a special ticket for it, unlike the other theme parks.
Every kid will get a special Spooktacular map that points out 14 different candy treat stations located throughout the park. The kids can come back to each station as often as they want.
Also each day of SeaWorld Halloween Spooktacular 2010 there will be a Sesame street “countdown to Halloween” live musical stage show, with Count Von Count, Elmo and friends.
Next is the Frozen Fun Zone, an area with an interactive Ice DJ, interactive games and lots of cool fun for the kids. Also throughout the park all day will be over 35 fun SeaWorld costumed characters to meet and greet the kids.
So SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular 2010 event will be a nice addition to your day if you have kids and pick those days to go. As I said, it’s included with normal park admission.
If you don’t want to go to a separate, special Halloween event like the other parks have, then SeaWorld Halloween Spooktacular 2010 is a nice way to do a little Halloween fun for your kids while you enjoy all the other attractions at SeaWorld!
