Alrighty folks, it’s time for my big Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights 2012 article! This marks the 22nd year of Halloween Horror nights, and it gets better each year, for the most part.

Like last year the nights consist of 3 basic components. The haunted houses, street freaks and the live shows. This year they have 7 haunted houses, 6 areas with different freaks running around and 2 live shows.

Now Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights is a special event, which means that a normal theme park ticket does NOT include this. You have to purchase a separate ticket for this. Gates open at 6:30 PM each night.

Universal Studios Summer Concert Series shows 2012

Universal Studios summer concert series 2012

As always I’m a bit late with some event news, but better late than never right! I wanted to let you know about this years Universal Studios summer concert series bands and shows for 2012.

For those who don’t know what it is, Universal has top bands that play each Saturday night during the peak summer months. You do NOT need a special ticket to see them, it’s included with your normal theme park ticket.

However the bands always play in the Music Plaza stage, which is located in the Universal Orlando park, the “old” park. So if you buy tickets to get into that park your covered.

SeaWorld New Years Eve 2011 fireworks, shows

SeaWorld Orlando New Years Eve fireworks and shows for 2011!

SeaWorld of Orlando, like the other major theme parks, is planning a big New Years Eve party and show for 2011-2012. They actually have some very good fireworks, synchronized with music and even colored water fountains!

So just what can you expect to see and do at this years SeaWorld Orlando New Years Eve celebration for 2011? Well a lot of it will be the same shows that have been going on for the Christmas holidays.

All of the special Christmas holiday shows and events will also be going on New Years Eve Dec. 31st, 2011. That includes The Polar Express Experience ride, the Winter Wonderland on Ice skating show, Shamu’s Christmas Miracles show and more.

Universal Studios Halloween Horror nights 2011

It’s time once again to tell you what will be going on at this years Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights 2011! Last year I was a bit disappointed as everything seemed the same, so to speak.

But this year they seem to be mixing it up a bit so maybe it will be worth the price. Each year they have a central theme, or head horror character. This year that character seems to be Lady Luck.

As it says in their official Halloween Horror nights website, try your luck at staying alive during horror nights and hope your luck does not run out! Sounds pretty cool to me.
