With high school graduation just around the corner, many seniors around the country are already thinking of ways to get their “grad groove” on.
Orlando theme parks are a favorite destination for grad nights, and this year, Universal is offering an amazing event for soon-to-be-graduates. It’s called Universal’s Grad Bash ’12, and it promises to be an amazing party!
Guests at Grad Bash will have access to not just one great park, but two: Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. You’ll have five different dates from which to choose for your grad night festivities, including April 20, 21, 27, and 28, along with May 4.
You’ll want to arrive early so that you can enjoy the awesome pre-parties. The pre-party at Citywalk provides an all-you-can- eat buffet. Take full advantage of the meal – you’ll need your energy!
There will also be dance parties and lots of live entertainment. The other pre-party is the Mardi Gras bash, which also includes an unlimited buffet, along with zany performers and lots of colorful beads. Attendees at this throw-down will also have access to Twister and be among the first to check out the Revenge of the Mummy ride.
At the main bash, you’ll be sharing the parks with other high school seniors from around the nation, and you’ll have the chance to enjoy the great sounds of DJ Khaled and Pitbull. Dress casually and comfortably, and be sure to wear comfy shoes.
There are some dress code guidelines you’ll need to acknowledge, however. Shorts and skirts should fall to at least the mid-thigh, shirt sleeves have to be at least three inches wide, and only small purses and handbags are allowed.
