For a totally pampering experience, luxuriate in a treatment at the Walt Disney World Grand Floridian Spa and Health Club. Located just south of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort’s main building, the spa and health club will treat your mind, your body, and your soul.

Skincare treatments include several facials designed to cleanse and give new life to your face. All products used for the treatments are plant-based. A few of the facials available are the custom European facial, the marine mineral facial, the Grand Floridian Deluxe facial, and the gentleman’s facial.

For total relaxation and improved circulation, enjoy a soothing massage. Several different methods of massage therapy are available, including a sports massage, a Swedish massage, a firm pressure massage, and a bamboo harmony massage.

There’s also a massage just for expecting mothers. For a really special treat, have one of the massage therapists come to your room for a private massage! Private massages can be done for couples, too.

If you want some whole-body therapy, try a sugar scrub, a detoxifying body wrap, a detoxifying body polish, or an olive and salt exfoliation along with a massage. You can enjoy some wonderful soaks, too, with specialty baths like the juniper sports bath, a rejuvenation bath, and the aromatherapy bath.

And don’t forget your hands and feet! Get a manicure, a pedicure, a paraffin treatment, or all of these. If your legs are tired and aching, try the tired legs treatment.

Services are available to men, women, and children over the age of four. Some of the treatments and therapies require prior reservations.
