Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure
Remember the movie, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids? Visiting this attraction will make you feel just like you’ve been shrunk by Professor Szalinkski’s machine! Imagine facing the world when you’re the size of a beetle. Guests can explore this 11,000-square-foot world that’s filled with enormous blades of grass, giant Play-Doh cans, mountainous anthills, creepy spider webs, and monster-size bumblebees.
The props double as slides, tunnels, mazes, secret hiding spots, and rope climbs, and the floor is made of a soft material to keep kids safe. This attraction provides an unforgettable experience for kids.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster
Experience what it’s like to be part of the frantic pace of a popular rock band. Aerosmith is running late for their concert appearance, and you’re along for the ride. Hop in the band’s limo for an exhilarating rush through Los Angeles, including twists, inversions, and speeds of up to 60 m.p.h.
You’ll dodge the infamous L.A. traffic and find out what the city looks like from an upside-down perspective – all to the tunes of some throbbing Aerosmith music. Expectant mothers and guests with heart problems, back problems, neck problems, and hypertension should avoid this ride.

The Great Movie Ride
Step into the lobby of Grauman’s Chinese Theater and be presented with a revolving collection of all kinds of movie memorabilia, including a horse from the merry-go-round in Mary Poppins. Next, you’ll be ushered into a small theater to view short scenes from some of Hollywood’s most famous films.
After that, you’ll board a vehicle that takes you through a series of legendary movie scenes, incorporating the use of realistic audio-animatronics and special effects. These include musicals, gangster films, Westerns, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Alien, Tarzan, Casablanca, Fantasia, and The Wizard of Oz. This ride is for all ages, but very small children might find it scary.

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
This thrill ride is housed in the infamous Hollywood Tower Hotel, where according to legend, a group of movie stars disappeared in the elevator on Halloween night, 1939. Once you board the elevator, you’ll become a believer! The haunted car will take you up and down, with stomach-dropping freefalls.
Every ride is a new experience, so if you’ve ridden before and are brave enough to do so again, rest assured that every time will be different. Expectant mothers and guests suffering from problems related to the neck, the back, the heart, or blood pressure should avoid The Tower of Terror.

Toy Story Mania!
This is a great twist on tradition carnival midway games. You’ll be greeted by a giant Mr. Potato Head, and then you’ll ride through the series of games in a comfy tram as the characters from the Toy Story movies provide you with tips and offer encouragement. Your special glasses will reveal a magical 3-D world with plates to break, balloons to pop, aliens to ring, pies to throw, and eggs to toss.
Moving and still targets adequately address all skill levels and ages, so this is a fun activity for everyone. Your total score will be revealed at the end, so you can pit your skills against your friends’, or you can try to top the day’s leader.

Indiana Jones™ Epic Stunt Spectacular!
Take a seat and watch as Indiana Jones dodges rolling boulders, spears, bad guys and airplanes in this exciting outside theater. The most epic scenes from the first Indiana Jones movie is recreated here. This 30 minute live action show explains how the stunts are made, often in a comical way.
Watch exploding jeeps, see action chases as Indiana Jones climbs buildings and gets shot at. See amazing hand to hand fights and experience the heat as an airplane and ammo dump explode at the climatic end. It’s a great show full of action and excitement.

Hollywood Studios Backlot Tour
The Backlot Tour is a 35 minute guided walking and tram ride behind-the-scenes movie tour. Watch as your shown how special effects are made in the water tank and storm set. Then walk through a prop warehouse filled with items from popular movies.
Next board a tram that takes you past full house sets, cars, boats and even a cross section of an airplane. As the tram enters a made man canyon you experience an earthquake, complete with rushing water, an exploding oil tanker and more. Finish the tour with a walk through more movie props from hit movies. It’s a fun tour for all ages.

Muppet*Vision 3-D
If you love the muppet’s and their quirky humor, you’ll love the Muppet Vision 3-D show! This inside theater show has both live muppets and cartoons, plus many funny and amazing things inside the theater itself. Everything comes to life as you watch with 3-D glasses.
See Kermit the frog, Miss Piggy, Gonza, Fozzy Bear and the rest of the muppet cast as they intertwine several stories that clash in front of you. It’s lots of fun and very funny plus full of surprises as you become part of the action. Kids love this show more than any other inside Hollywood Studios! Around 17 minutes long.

If you like action car chases, explosions and hot rods, you’ll love the Lights, Motors, Action!™ Extreme Stunt Show! This 33 minute show gives you a cool behind the scenes look at how movie car chases, stunts and explosions are made. Watch cars racing each other, flying through 40 foot fireballs.
Also see exciting motorcycle chases, stunt men falling from 4 stories, even jet ski’s jumping canals! It’s an exciting stunt show with cool looking hot rods, motorcycles and other high performance vehicles. Teens love this show!

Voyage of The Little Mermaid
One of the most beautiful and moving inside theater shows is the Voyage of The Little Mermaid. It combines real actors, colorful puppets, movie clips and special effects. This 15 minute show tells the story of Ariel the little mermaid. It has singing and acting plus some nice dancing.
The special effects are cool too, like a gentle rain that seems to fall in front of you and lasers and smoke during the climatic scenes. All little girls will love this show, it’s a must see for little mermaid fans of all ages!
