Disney Christmas Electrical Parade Youtube video 2012

I took a lot of pictures and videos during the holidays at Disney. Frankly it’s very crowded during those times and I’d rather not be there. But it’s the only time you can get pictures and videos of the cool holiday decorations.

Above is a video I made of Disney’s Electrical Parade at the magic kingdom. It was during this years Christmas holiday. I don’t think it really changes that much from any time of the year.

I took this video right at the start of the parade as they come out of the back area in the front of the park. In hindsight it would have looked better if I had taken it in a different location.

I’ll do that next time! Anyways if you’ve never seen Disney’s Electrical parade at the Magic Kingdom, this gives you a good idea what to expect. It looks much better in person, a video really can’t do it Justice. Enjoy! :)

Crystal Arts shop at Disney’s Magic Kingdom theme park

Disney's crystal arts shop

There are many great shops you can find inside Disney’s magic kingdom theme park. As someone who goes there a lot I’m a bit jaded about all the stuff. Most is overpriced plastic “stuff”.

However one shop I highly recommend checking out the next time your at the magic kingdom is the crystal arts shop right at the front of the park on main street USA. It’s on your right as you walk toward the castle.

Inside here you can see the most beautiful cut crystal figurines, blown glass art, spun glass figures and lots more. They have a glass works artist that makes spun glass art as you watch.

Halloween picture gallery from Disney’s Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom picture gallery

I’ve been very busy with my Vermont vacation. Right after that I brought my sister down to enjoy the Disney theme parks. We went to Disney’s Magic Kingdom about a week before Halloween.

Of course that means they had the park decked out in Halloween decorations, with Mickey’s not so scary Halloween party going on at selected nights. I decided to take a bunch of pictures there and make a picture gallery.

I tried to get most of the Halloween decorations in the pictures. But I also took shots of the new fantasyland they are building, with some areas already done.

I also took shots of the newly re-done Mickey’s toon land, with the twin Dumbo rides and lots more. So there’s a bit of everything in here to see. So check out my Disney’s Magic Kingdom Halloween picture gallery page below, enjoy! :)
