trick or treating at Disney downtown Marketplace

Hey everyone, I just wanted to give you a heads up if your a Disney Annual passholder. Disney gives annual passholders lots of neat deals and specials throughout the year, and this is one of them.

From 6:30 to 9 A.M. July 23th 2011 at the Disney Downtown Marketplace you can get up to 75% off your favorite select Disney merchandise. I’m not sure if all the Disney stores will participate in this or not.

There also will be special door busters and surprise markdowns. So those will add some excitement to the sale I’m sure! Please note the time, which is in the morning, NOT the evening.

Annual passholders always go to these sales in big numbers, so be early and ready. No sign-up is necessary, just show up. Guests must show valid Disney passholder IDs and government-issued photo IDs to enter the store at the time of purchase.

You can do an early Christmas shopping during this and save a lot on Disney merchandise. I’m not a morning person myself, but if you are then check out this Disney annual passholder summer sale at Disney’s Downtown Marketplace and save!

Disney blizzard beach

Disney World Photo

Walt Disney World has several great water parks to choose from. One of their newest and best is Disney’s Blizzard Beach! Like all Disney parks, this has a cool theme to it.

It’s made to look like a freak blizzard blew through town, leaving a huge mountain of snow to slide down on. It’s covered with fake snow and uses ski lifts to get to the top of the tallest slides!

Are you ready to try the world’s tallest and fastest free-falling waterslides? If so, you must come and visit Disney’s Blizzard Beach. Don’t forget to bring your whole family, because this amazing water park features some incredible attractions.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad Roller Coaster ride review

Walt Disney World Big Thunder Mountain railroad roller coaster

One of the most oldest and fun rides at Disney in the magic kingdom is the big thunder mountain railroad roller coaster! The Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is a relatively mild coaster that takes you through an abandoned gold mine in the old west.

Ride it again & again to take in all the wacky Disney touches. It is more exhilarating than anything else as you whiz inside and out of the mountain with spectacular views over Frontierland.

A ride on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad provides a fast and fun ride to those aboard— from big kids to adults. Along the way, there’s typical Disney styled animatronics of crows, goats and loose boulders. The animatronic goat that holds a stick of dynamite adds a note of humor to the entire scene.

Walt Disney World’s Osprey Ridge Golf Course

Disney's Osprey Ridge golf course

If you play golf, you have to check out one of Disney’s fantastic golf courses on your Orlando vacation. One of five golf courses located at the Walt Disney World Resort, Osprey Ridge Golf Course is defined by elegant wilderness and unique landscapes.

It’s a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary golf course and has received four and half stars from Golf Digest. This course is a challenge to golfers, starting at the first tee and continuing through the beautiful tropical landscape.

All Disney courses are great but this one gets you away from everything including civilization. With uncharacteristically rolling Florida terrain, Osprey Ridge is perfect not only for the resort guests but also for professionals.
