It’s almost time for this years fourth of July 2012 fireworks! There are lots of places that put on a great fireworks show in the Orlando area. In fact it can be confusing figuring out which shows to go to.
So I will just briefly list the most popular ones here and if one catches your eye you can do a closer search of the event or click the link if I have one for more info on it. Let’s start with the theme parks shall we?

Universal Studios
Special fourth of July show with their Cinematic Spectacular nightly show
SeaWorld
A special fourth of July fireworks show at their waterfront theater
Downtown Orlando 4th of July Fireworks at Lake Eola
Each year downtown Orlando has a great fireworks show over lake Eola, the lake located downtown. This year the newly refurbished water fountain will play a part with colored lights and water. Fireworks show is at 9:30 PM.

Red Hot and Boom fireworks show at Cranes Roost park
Cranes Roost park in Altamonte Springs always has a great fourth of July fireworks show, complete with live music and entertainment. It’s a very nice park, big with lots of room to see the show. The show is held on July 3rd, NOT on the 4th.

Baldwin Park Celebration
Held on July 1st, they will set off fireworks over Lake Baldwin around 9 PM. Earlier you can catch some fun with their entertainment events, food and drinks.

Those are the major places that will have live fireworks for the 2012 fourth of July. There are many other places that will have their own smaller fireworks shows also.
Plus since it’s legal to purchase fireworks in Florida you will be seeing many of your neighbors shooting off fireworks. So don’t be surprised to suddenly hear firecrackers and roman candles going off next door. Have fun!
