I recently had the pleasure of staying at a cool pet friendly beach resort with some friends, so I thought I’d tell you a bit about it. More and more people are traveling with their pets these days and good pet friendly resorts can be hard to come by.
This resort is called Si Como No Inn and it’s located right on the beach at Flagler beach. That is north of Daytona beach and just south of Palm Coast. Like I said it sits right on the beach, you only have to cross Oceanshore Blvd. and go down the steps to the beach!
Not only is Si Como No Inn resort very pet friendly but so is the beach right across from it. As you can see in the video I made above that stretch of beach is beautiful with not that many people around. So it’s perfect for pets, just please clean up after them. 😉
The rooms at Si Como No Inn are all ground level, nice and clean. You can choose from several different types, most seem to have kitchenettes with a microwave, fridge, sink, coffee maker with gourmet coffee and more.
You also have a TV with cable, DVD player, wireless internet, movie library, ceiling fans, all your normal furnishings and big comfortable beds with lots of pillows! Laundry facilities are on the premises.
In fact Si Como No Inn is a five star pet resort that has over 133 “excellent” review ratings on Trip Advisor! They also have a neat Tiki hut and grill where you can mix your own drinks and BBQ your own food. 
For fun activities they have horseshoe pit and other things the kids and whole family can enjoy. The back of Si Como No Inn resort sits right on the intercoastal waterway. They have a dock there where you can take out a kayak or canoe too!
You also can find a doggy dip area where you can wash off your pets with fresh water after they get done playing in the salty ocean. In fact they recently added a cool doggy surfing section on their website with video and pictures about this sport.
Si Como No Inn resort is a place you can kick back and relax with your pets and not worry about a little sand your dog tracks in. It’s a very safe place too and the staff is very friendly.
