Christmas is a busy time for Sea World Orlando, and there are loads of new attractions for you to spend hours visiting. Below is a brief summary of the many shows and events going on for Christmas 2012.
O Wondrous Night
Thirty carols, life-sized puppets, and live animals come to life on stage during this new show for adults and children. Music abounds, with added special effects for a Nativity that comes to life right in front of you.
Sea of Trees
Sea World has created a winter wonderland in sunny Florida with over 100 sparkling trees festooned with lights and music. Lights are timed to “dance” to the music, inspiring wonder and delight. They float in the water for added effect.
Shamu Christmas, Miracles
Sea World shows off the most powerful Shamu killer whale family in a new nighttime show. The whales leap and soar through the air during the telling of a story of everyday miracles. Beautiful music accompanies this wonderful show.
A Sesame Street Christmas
How can you resist the wacky fun and furry monsters from Sesame Street during Christmas? Abby Cadabby has never heard of Christmas, and her friends Elmo, Telly, and other characters teach Abby what Christmas means to them. This show is fun for all ages, including very young children.
Clyde and Seamore’s Countdown to Christmas
This show features Clyde and Seamore, loveable sea lions that are bringing their own version of holiday cheer, in comedic style. A walrus, otters, and a comical elf join this show.
Winter Wonderland on Ice
If you love ice skating, don’t miss this incredible show of heart stopping delights. Christmas comes to life on the ice, combined with fountains of water from the lake, and fireworks in the night sky.
The POLAR EXPRESS Experience
This holiday classic comes to life in a ride on the magical POLAR EXPRESS. You can ride the train through the world of this story right to the North Pole, where you will find the jolly elf himself, Santa Claus.
